Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are now installed and accessible for free public EV charging in the Treasure Island Marina parking lot.  The Charge Point EV charging stations were installed by TIDA and purchased through a grant facilitated by the San Francisco Department of the Environment.  The stations are availble for use by the Island community and the general public for free through the end of 2013.

The popular Treasure Island Flea returns for 2012, beginning this weekend January 28-29.  The Flea takes the form of an indoor-outdoor Winter Pop-Up Market at the historic Treasure Island Administration Building ("Building 1") for the months of January, February and March; outdoor shows return on the Great Lawn in April.  As in 2011, Treasure Island Flea takes place the last weekend of each month.  For details on this month's Flea, directions to the Administration Building, vendor inquiries and the full 2012 schedule visit TreasureIslandFlea.com.
