b. Resolution Retroactively Approving and Authorizing the Director of Island Operations to Execute an Amendment to the Use Permit with Professional Computing Solutions Inc. dba Segway of San Francisco for Guided On-Island Tours (Action Item)

7. Resolution Authorizing a Third Amendment to the Amended and Restated Exclusive  Negotiating Agreement with Treasure Island Community Development, LLC for the  Redevelopment of Former Naval Station Treasure Island (Action Item) Estimated Length  of Item: 10 minutes

10. Resolution Approving an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission ("SFPUC") regarding the negotiation of (i) the transfer of a four to six acre parcel on Treasure Island to the SFPUC, and (ii) an agreement for the financing, design, construction and operation of certain aspects of the wastewater treatment infrastructure.
