A Joint Venture between the Treasure Island Homeless Development Initiative (TIHDI) and Wine Valley Catering provides valuable ongoing job training and employment opportunities to Island residents through the booking and management of the Pavilion by the Bay, Casa de la Vista, Administration Building Lobby, Treasure Island Chapel and Fogwatch Picnic Area.
