Booking & Reservation Information

PLEASE NOTE: All Special Events wishing to utilize Treasure Island and any Treasure Island venues are subject to approval by the Treasure Island Development Authority.  Special Events are responsible for fulfilling any and all requirements imposed by TIDA, Wine Valley Catering and/or any other relevant permitting agency prior to commencement of the Special Event.

Q: What chairs and tables are provided in Casa de la Vista?
A:

For Casa de la Vista, we provide the following:

  • 180 chairs
  • 18    72inch round tables -seat 10
  • 24    60inch round tables-seat 8
  • 5    6ft rectangular tables
  • 4    34 inch cocktail tables

All other furniture necessary must be brought separately, including linens and a dance floor, as well as any rentals for the patio (as the furniture provided is not allowed outside).

Q: How many rows of pews are in the Chapel and how long is the aisle?
A:
The Treasure Island Chapel has 18 rows of pews. The approximate length of the aisle is 63 feet. Please be reminded that no tapes, tacks, nails, or adhesive material can be used to affix bows of flowers to the pew ends. Plastic clips, rubber bands, ribbon, or fishing wire can be used as an alternative. Also be advised that no flower or rose petals, confetti, rice, or birdseed can be thrown inside or out of the Chapel.
Q: Who do I contact regarding venue information and availability?

Venues on Treasure Island are booked through either Wine Valley Catering or the Treasure Island Development Authority, depending on the venue.

Wine Valley Catering venues: Pavilion by the Bay; Casa de la Vista; Treasure Island Chapel; Administration Building Lobby; Fogwatch Picnic Area

Treasure Island Development Authority venues: The Great Lawn

Q: Are public restrooms available for events at the Great Lawn and Fogwatch Picnic Area?
A:
There are no public restrooms in the immediate vicinity of the Great Lawn and Fogwatch Picnic Area, the closest public restroom to these venues is an approximate 5 to 10 minute walk.  Any event booking either of these venues is expected to supply restroom facilities appropriate to the number and needs of its attendees.
Q: Does the Chapel have a sound system? An organ?
A:

A sound system is available in the Treasure Island Chapel. The sound system includes microphones and a CD player.  The following microphones are provided: two wired microphones with attachments on either side of the altar, one fixed microphone at the pulpit, and one wireless microphone (lapel or handheld). No outside equipment is allowed to be attached to the sound system.  Operation of the CD player is the responsibility of the event.

An organ is available in the Treasure Island Chapel.  An organist must be provided by the event.
